TECHNIPAT inherits a long tradition in biscuit, started in 1848 with the madeleines Excelsior, manufactured at that time, by Jules, then Edmond Quentin. One even tells that the madeleines would have made the happiness of the Tsar Nicolaï II.

In 1920, the activity, become regional, developed itself in a semi-industrial way, on the Cormontreuil’s site of Technipat. Products were destinated to customers such as bakers , but also food stores. The lines of goods grew, to offer madeleines, but also cakes, genoa cakes, and other expanded doughs. From 1954, the manufacture of Christmas logs and individual pastries, supplemented the offer of biscuits.
Since 1995, Technipat has been chosen to be a developer, and to produce and sell sweetened and salted biscuit solutions.

Today Technipat goes further in its development, and keeps a strong technical advance in its Trade. Moreover Technipat continues its development abroad, with about 50 % of its
turnover, realised out of France.

In the continuity of its industrial long tradition, Technipat wishes to continue its positioning on innovating markets, on which its know-how is recognized.
