The search of certification. In France, procedure HACCP cannot give place to a certification. To mitigate that, we are certificated GMP, and in a near future, a standard certification IFS/BRC.
A strong will to reduce additives in our recipes and use natural colorings and flavours.
Strong and in long term partnership with our suppliers, in order to guaranty raw materials of quality.
A geographical proximity with these suppliers in order to decrease our carbon assessment (more than 95 % of our raw materials, come from a radius of 200 kms).
